While attempting to locate the vehicle, Deputy Frady was almost hit head on by a silver Mercedes-Benz matching the description of the suspect vehicle. He conducted a traffic stop and identified the male as 82-year-old Norman Litchfield who had been entered in NCIC as a missing and endangered person.
